The serial number provides information regarding frame color, seat color, month and year of manufacture, product revision and motor spec. Example: SLBL09014B301 OR 0077.

Team Viewer ID for Remote Control access. This is "Your ID" in TeamViewer.

Please provide a few windows of time the machine will not be in use if remote access could be required (i.e. Friday: 12:15 - 2:30 or 4:10 - 4:25)
